I'm a Photojournalistic style photographer that does it more for a hobby then for a living and just enjoy the art of stopping time, blending and bending light. It sure doesn't pay well considering the investment however it keeps my eyes sharp and I have been into the art of photography for 25 years shooting 35mm film prior to investing into the digital SLR equipment I now have. The Galleries here contain a fairly large amount of my Photojournalistic and graphical work. All the images on this site have been taken exclusively with Canon Equipment and all my images are modified using Photoshop CS2 - some slightly, some heavily, depending on my personal vision. This shot was taken of a custom 1939 Ford "I think" with a custome yellow paint job. The cars were very tightly parked together so I improvised.

Sun down over hotrods. Taken in Castroville Texas auto meet.

I stood and shot this Tiger at my local zoo. I was the only one there for 15 minutes. I think this guy was posing for me as I stood there with my 70-200L with a 1.4X attached sitting on my mono-pod. If you like this shot there are many other great shots of this male tiger in my Zoo and Wild Animal gallery.

Flowers abound. Taken with the 24-70 at my sisters house.

The Steel Eel - This shot was taken at sundown. The sun was just enough to give the coaster a great glow.

The front of the Texas State Capital Building in Austin, Texas.

This shot was taken at the Comfort, Texas model shootout. We have many younger models that came as far away as Houston just for our portfolio building. Thanks Sergio!!!

A Lovely fences with flowers. Rules of Thirds at play here..

A Canon I shoot right in front of the Alamo.

A Close up Alamo shot. Taken first thing in the morning using my 17-40L lens.

I took this shot at the Alamodome from the Bleachers in the 200 section using my 70-200 hand held. I was about 100 yards away.

A Fresh water spring. This water is almost freezing too.
